  • Jerriah Williams | Founder, Head of Chair

    (She/Her/Hers)

    Jerriah Williams serves as the Head of Chair for Snuggle House Foundation.

    Jerriah Williams is a nationally recognized maternal health advocate, certified birthworker, and the visionary force behind a growing movement for culturally grounded care. With nearly a decade of experience across reproductive health, community organizing, and nonprofit development, she brings both lived insight and strategic rigor to her leadership. At just 28, Jerriah has established herself as a trusted voice and builder in the birth justice space—leading with both clarity and conviction.

    Since founding Snuggle House Foundation in 2021, she has guided the organization through a period of rapid growth and systems development. Through her strategic leadership, Snuggle House Foundation has secured multi-year grant funding to expand access to care, sustain clinical operations, and ensure long-term stability for Black families seeking culturally safe perinatal support.

  • Shawnte Williams | Vice Chair

    (She/Her/Hers)

    Shawnté Williams serves as the Vice Chair for Snuggle House foundation.

    Shawnté has been a pillar in her community providing holistic wellness education and counseling. She began her passion for wellness over 20 years ago while working as a park and recreation coordinator in minority communities. Noticing the access gap of adequate health resources provided to young families in need drove her ambition to offer education of holistic products and practices within the community.

    When Shawnté is not working or serving on the board she enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her beautiful granddaughter and dogs, garden, and listening to live music.

  • Jazmine Williams | Secretary

    (She/Her/Hers)

    Jazmine Williams serves as the Secretary for the Snuggle House Foundation.

    She has focused her public health career in reproductive justice, youth advocacy, community outreach, and health insurance knowledge.

    Jazmine comes with over 5 years of reproductive education experience as well as 2 years of grant funded school base education experience in low income communities. She has a passion for helping minority and underserved communities find their voice, and seeks to ensure that receiving the basic care they deserve and need is accessible.
