Meet Sierra Leone’ Dillard

Sierra is Snuggle House Foundation’s Movement Specialist and brings a deeply nurturing, community-centered approach to her work. She is a yoga instructor, certified full-spectrum doula, certified lactation counselor, mentor, motivational speaker, wife, and mother. Her work is rooted in supporting women, children, and families in ways that honor physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Classes rooted in restoration, care, and connection

Sierra’s classes are designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in a supportive and welcoming space. These sessions are not about pressure or performance. They are about feeling grounded, supported, and cared for.

Through intentional movement, meditation, and body awareness, Sierra creates experiences that invite you to soften, release tension, and return to yourself.
