    About the Role:
    We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate the Snuggle House Foundation’s digital presence. This role involves managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational goals

    • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (graphics, videos, posts)

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster online community

    • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

    • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement

    • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software

    • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) for scheduling and analytics

    • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track performance and optimize strategies

    • Ability to develop and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising strategies

    • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple platforms and projects

    • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to emerging trends and platform updates

    • Passion for maternal health, community programs, and nonprofit work
