No. The series is open to everyone who wants to learn and prepare for birth. Snuggle House clients do receive exclusive discounts and in-person follow-up options, but anyone can purchase and watch online.

Absolutely! We encourage partners, fathers, and support people to watch together. Episode 21: Resources for Partners was designed specifically for partners and offer tools for support, advocacy, and emotional presence during labor and postpartum.

Birth Foundations gives you a strong foundation of knowledge, but it doesn’t replace a full childbirth education course. We recommend pairing it with Snuggle House’s monthly Childbirth Education Intensive for deeper, hands-on learning and practice.
