Do I need prior experience to attend?

No experience is needed. All healing-centered classes are beginner-friendly and guided by trained facilitators.


Are these classes only for pregnant parents?

Our healing classes are open to both pregnant and postpartum parents unless otherwise noted.


What should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Mats and basic props are provided.
